5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on the destination. Please refer to the shipping options available at checkout for more information.
  • P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States. However, some shipping methods may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for the tracking information to become available.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or refund.

9. Shipping Address Errors

  • Incorrect Addresses: If an incorrect shipping address is provided at the time of purchase, we are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages. We strongly recommend that you double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure it is accurate. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to correct it before your order is shipped.
  • Address Changes After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. You may need to contact the carrier directly if a change is needed after shipment.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: For international shipments, customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply in their country. These fees are typically assessed by the local customs authority and are outside of Fixitsuri‘s control.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up a package from the carrier, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
