Refund and Returns Policy

At Fixitsuri, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return process. Please read the following terms to understand how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return most products purchased directly from Fixitsuri within 30 days of receiving your order. The following conditions apply to returns:
- Condition of Items: Items must be in unused, unwashed, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Exclusions: Certain items such as opened hygiene products (e.g., bottles, pacifiers) or personalized products may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact us to confirm if an item is eligible for return.
- Proof of Purchase: You will need a receipt or proof of purchase, such as an order number, to process a return or exchange.
2. How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Before returning an item, please contact us at info@fixitsuri.com or call (770) 562-0687 to initiate the return process. We’ll guide you through the steps and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, if necessary.
- Prepare the Package: Repackage the item securely in its original packaging. Include all parts, tags, and accessories.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost in transit.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Refund Method: If you paid by credit/debit card or PayPal, your refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, if the product shows signs of use or is returned incomplete (e.g., missing parts or packaging), a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the returned item.
4. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product. If the exchange is due to a defective item, please contact us, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@fixitsuri.com or (770) 562-0687. We will provide a pre-paid return label and a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference. You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the damaged product for us to process the claim.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:
- Personalized or custom products
- Opened hygiene products (e.g., pacifiers, feeding bottles)
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

7. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind or the product isn’t quite what you expected, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.
